POSITION:

Judson CRE is looking for the following specialists for our team:

• OFFICE LEASING

• RETAIL LEASING

• INVESTMENT SALES

The ideal candidate can work both within the firm’s team structure and represent the firm externally.

Responsibilities:  

• Provides a high level of service and is known as a trusted advisor

• Self-starter who is able to independently close transactions

• Secures new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building

• Able to prioritize deal cycle while maintaining a healthy conversion rate

• Communicates well and is solution-oriented

• Utilizes and keeps CRM updated

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or other relevant field.

• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communications and consensus building skills.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
