Post Acute Partners

Founded by Warren Cole and Dr. Jeffrey Rubin in 2010, Post Acute Partners is a health care company specializing in long-term care services and solutions. Two years later, the co-founders reached out to members of our team in search of a new corporate office in New York, preferably with a non-traditional aesthetic. In a prime midtown Manhattan location, members of our team were quickly able to locate a raw open space with high ceilings at 641 Lexington Avenue on the 31st floor. Offering views of the Lever House, the building is owned by Rudin Management, a family-run commercial/residential landlord and developer managing over 15 million square feet in the city.

In an effort to promote creative discussion and interaction among employees, Post Acute Partners proceeded with an open format where executives and administrative personnel are seated together. At over 6,000 square feet, conference rooms are the only enclosed spaces which offer separation for group meetings. Complete with exposed ceilings and wide-plank wood floors, the open concept plan provides a minimalist design to foster creative collaboration between office members.
